If you're mentally unstable, then so am I. I love that movie. After the first time I saw it, I knew it was one I wanted in my collection. There's only one movie that I like more than TGM. Shawshank Redemption.
Ironically, both Stephen King movies. Brilliant writer.

Glad I have a friend to share the padded room with. ROFL
'The Green Mile' was made during Tom Hank's golden movie making period when everything he made was interesting, and worth seeing. A great example of this is 'Cast Away.' The last part of this film would make even a glass eye cry!!
Just finishing watching The Green Mile for the 200th time ... and bawling.
How is it that some movies, no matter how many times you watch them, effect you the same way as the first time you saw them?
Sign that it's an excellent made movie?
Or, signs that you're mentally unstable.
HUGz! Jules
I don't think it's any more a sign of being mentally unstable than watching a comedy for the 1,000th time and still laughing. Or watching Die Hard for the billionth time and still cheering when Hans Gruber plummets to his death. Ok, maybe cheering someone's death, even a bad guy, might be a sign of being mentally unstable.

Okay, so I've probably seen each of the Die Hard movies 100+ times too.
