The Blue Lagoon(1980)

It's a pretty good movie... very good to me. Warning it is incest themed(male&female cousins) but that's one of the reasons I watched it

I learnt to not trust Rotten Tomatoes as they rated this so low, in addition to other movies that were actually good and rated decently elsewhere. Not to mention rating subpar movies like Scream(so much logic holes and cinema sins) so high ugh! Rotten Tomatoes.. as far as I'm concerned is a Rotten Tomato in and of itself.

"Method" (2004)

It's weird, hard to follow flick.

The good thing about it? It can probably go through several viewings before it becomes old.

Just watched "A Walk in the Woods", got the DVD from the library.

Establishing scene, Robert Redford's character lives in Hanover NH (town near me) so there is a shot of him coming home and driving past a "Welcome to Hanover NH" sign. I immediately think, that is not Hanover, it looks like Georgia.

Checked filming locations on IMDB, sure enough, most of it was shot in Georgia - not one scene shot in NH.

Quite ridiculous, actually, but Liam Neeson is so good it makes you suspend disbelief.
On lf my favorite movies. It deljvered on exactly what it promised - Liam Neeson as a bad*ss. An action movie with no extraneous plot.

I watched Black Panther last not. It was amazing on a lot of levels, but first and foremost it delivered as a comic book movie. But it also managed to leave you with sime things to think about - not in a heavy handed way.

And costumes were great, the scenery was great and the action scenes were good too. Highly reccomended.

Yeah its like Rotten Tomatoes is based on critics that have been paid off.
And that's probably why the Marvel superhero films can do no wrong according to critics.
