This film is so much more than I ever expected - it is wonderful. A great story, appealing characters, joy! And a filming style that's a constant suprise and delight. Five stars In French with subtitles.
I agree with you and is one I can watch yearly, like a christmas movie. And the soundtrack is delightful
If you like Audrey Tautou I would recommend "a la folie pas du tout" ( " He loves me , he loves me not" ) . Clever and completely unexpected plot. Very well acted and beautifully filmed.
Just saw The Golden Compass.....well done and leaves definate opening for a sequel.
