Looking for the name of a Mafia movie (I believe that it was the Russian Mob). There were two undercover cops. One was trying to prove himself to the group, and the other one ended up getting caught taking pictures. He was taken to a warehouse and tied to a chair. The cop trying to prove himself was asked if he knew the man tied up. He denied any knowledge. He was then told to shoot the man. When he pulled the trigger the gun had no bullets, but he passed the test. The man who was tied to the chair was then brutely murdered by another mob member and then dismembered (the actual violence was not shown. Does nayone know the name of this movie?
