Now I am not talking the current pop stars like Lady Gaga or Justin Beaver, I am talking iconic mega stars. Who just bugs you and you can’t stand listening to?
Mine is: Bruce Springsteen. I just can’t get into him, I think it all started with Born in the USA and the most basic beat in music, it drives me nuts. Sure he has a couple songs I can tolerate but there is just something about his music and attitude I just don’t like.
The early stuff is fine, but then they got into the prog rock thing. Really, I can't stand the majority of prog rock/prog metal groups because it sounds too cold and mechanical to me. It's like they're being complex just for the sake of being complex. Sliding up and down the scales with no emotion at all. There are exceptions, but very few.
Awful, it's a miracle anyone likes him. I know he is a mega Country fav. I don't really like Country, but this is something different. Much-much worse! Put it this way, I would listen to John Mayer before Garth. I wish there was a gag emoticon. I'd use it!
Or this kind! What's with all the newer guys twanging the s*** out of the song anyway? No one sings like that with a natural voice. That seems to be very popular nowadays! I think Alabama and these blows that styles doors off!
AC/DC- Annoying vocalist/ stupid lyrics
ZZ Top- Annoying...just listen to "lagrange"
Ted Nugent- Annoying human, annoying music
Kiss- Corporate rock to the extreme
Nirvana - Mumbles incoherently through virtually all songs.
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Not sure what it is about them, but they irritate the crap out of me.
Soundgarden - Just annoying music all around.
There are more. These are just off the top of my head.
