And a conga drum is just a hollowed barrel with animal skin stretched over it that you play with your hands also. LOL

Hang drums are some very expensive drums. Those things I've heard can cost around $8,000 because they're special made.

Another similar drum to the Hang is called a Hapi drum. I like how these drums sound bigger than just one person playing.
