I saw it the other night... WOW!! Even better than I thought it would be.

Ticket prices are high for most shows right now, so this is no exception... but worth the $$.

Sit up in the cheap seats if you want. It will still be really good.

I can only imagine. The tour opened not to far from me in Orlando and I'm kicking myself for not going. It wasn't a money thing, just couldn't find anyone to go with me....some people don't appreciate good music.

Sadly, for me it IS a money thing. The other day I asked my billfold for permission to take a Sunday drive and laughter came out of it. Grr!

The tour isn't coming anywhere near where I live. I guess I'll have to settle on watching his latest concert dvd.

Surprising, "My Valentine" is the only song that's less than 30 years old! Glad that it was a great show anyway, though.

I saved the setlist for the one I saw in '02 or '03. In this one there were at least 4, possibly 5 recent (at the time) songs. Here it is, just because I can.

1. Hello Goodbye
2. Jet
3. All My Loving
4. Getting Better
5. Coming Up
6. Let Me Roll It
7. Lonely Road
8. Driving Rain
9. (For Heather)
10. Blackbird
11. (This one I didn't know)
12. We Can Work It Out
13. You Never Give Me Your Money / Carry That Weight
14. The Fool On The Hill
15. Here Today (For John)
16. Something (on the ukelele, for George)
17. Eleanor Rigby
18. Here, There And Everywhere
19. Michelle
20. Band On The Run
21. Back In The USSR
22. Maybe I'm Amazed
23. Let 'Em In
24. My Love
25. She's Leaving Home
26. Can't Buy Me Love
27. Freedom
28. Live And Let Die
29. Let It Be
30. Hey Jude
_
31. The Long And Winding Road
32. Lady Madonna
33. I Saw Her Standing There
_
34. Yesterday
35. Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)
36. The End

It's been a banner year for British concerts in the U.S. - The Who, Clapton, Elton John, McCartney, Ian Anderson, Yes, Peter Frampton*

Ian (Tull) "Thick as a Brick parts 1 & 2" was particularly good for the $$ as was Frampton's Guitar Circus.

*Yes, I know he lives in Nashville now, not the U K
