Whatever happened to Randy Travis? He seems to have dropped off the planet. Last timeI heard of him he was getting mug shot and locked up.
And Kenny Rogers seems to do just commercials these days.
Other people and bands that were hot and now unheard from: George Michael, Men at Work, INXS, Duran Duran, Dire Straits, Iron Maiden, Van Halen, Phil Collins, Hall&Oates, The Cars, Boy George.

The INXS singer died in 1997.

Iron Maiden is one of the biggest touring bands in the world. The last tour brought in around 70 million dollars.

God bless you and him always!!!

Holly

P.S. Sadly though he did go into congestive heart failure when he had his stroke during the summer of 2013.

Since you are the original poster and started the thread and mentioned the other artists, I did hear some Van Halen news the other day.

#1 - Sammy Hagar is forming a band with Michael Anthony and Jason Bonham called Circle and will be recording a live album.

#2 - Eddie VH said last month he would like to go out and tour (even though the live album at was recorded in 2013 was never released but rumors are strong it will be in a few weeks)

Mark Knopfler (Dire Straits) is going to do a U.S. tour starting in a couple of months.

The Cars more or less merged with Todd Rundgren around 8 years ago for a short lived super-group project.
