We know about the 'rock n' roll' lifestyle of famous male bands ( at least in the 60's and 70's): they have groupies with eager female fans after concert.

But what about famous female bands? I'm pretty sure they would be more uncomfortable with groupies, but are there any well documented cases of famous female singers (heterosexual, not fat) calling upon normal, male fans to pleasure them after the intense concerts?
