Thank you, thank you all for the memories.

I'm more into the more depressing break-up songs, but hey. That's just me.

I hope you die
by The Bloodhound Gang.

But a better break-up song is by the
Valentines; This was back when Bon Scott was a backup singer.

So I was looking at those videos to see if Patty was still a hottie and the video started, and I'm like "That's kind of an ugly chick-er-That's a dude," then it was like "That's kind of an ugly chick-er-That's a dude," then it was like "That's kind of an ugly chick-er-That's a dude," then Patty comes on and I remembered she is pretty hot-in a Linda Ronstadt sort of way.

Oh, RH1! If I juxtapositioned anybody, it was by accident.

"You're No Good," Linda Ronstadt

"Love Stinks," J. Geils Band.

"It's My Party," Leslie Gore (even though later it was Judy's turn to cry ...)

"The Old Apartment," Barenaked Ladies

How about some good jazz "standards," most covered by numerous performers over the years:

When Your Lover Has Gone

I Wanna Be Around

In the Wee Small Hours of the Morning

And my personal favorite, It Never Entered My Mind (here performed by Johhny Hartman:
