Music Videos - Help (dance, cd)

Hi everyone, I maybe the only person to remember this but here goes

I was have a conversation with my huband about old shows and I brought up the Cable (I think) show where it only ran music videos all day long you had to call a number and it would be charged to your phone bill to request a video - I remember video that were to risky were played very late at night....

So, CD I'm asking if anyone remember the name of the video show... please help its driving me nuts not knowing - LOL
