Empire State of Mind with Stephen Colbert was mind blowing! Alicia Keys, her band and Colbert were "on it." That was better than the song on her alblum. Colbert nailed it. The energy was through the roof and I couldn't stop smilin. Colbert strikes again. The man never seems to amaze me. He's got a space station tread mill named after him, he flew with the Thunderbirds, went to Iraq, shaved his head, scaled olympic training sites to bring attention to the U.S. Olympic Skaters. He can cause us to laugh and remember not to take it so seriously. I will never get tired of watching his bit about how some of the stimulus money was sent to counties in the U.S. that did not exist. I too will meet 'DeSeeves' (spelling error?) on Feb. 30th, at the corner of Sesame Street and Electric Avenue! His Christmas Special was good with emphasis on Tobe's song about the war on Christmas. As a professional healthcare worker, many people will ask me how to reduce stress in their lives; my answer is a regular dose of "The Colbert Nation with Stephen Colbert".
