What a jerk.........but I guess I am not surprised. Lot's of whites in America feel the same way he does. Man, does this country have a long way to go.....

I never liked his corny music anyway. Nothing special about his sound. Blacks and whites in this country are so behind the rest of the world.

Those Rappers must feel like damn fools.

Well, I'm a white female and except for his first hit, I don't care for him at all. He's arrogant, narcissistic, and doesn't speak to me or for me. And I think the women who have dated him in the past are very dumb. Yet another person who doesn't make sensational music and seems to be on another planet when it comes to ability and self-importance. He also has that one-thousand-yard stare usually present in all his photographs.

Black or White, musicians talk crap about women. We as women put them on pedestals. They sing and rap poorly about women. So What. You know why. They will always get laid. Whatever he is. He's an ase first!

To me: It sounds like Mayer wants some brown suga and don't know how to get.

You'd think white people would know to watch their language after what happened to Michael Richards and Don Imus! In any case, John Mayer's music still blows.

idk it seems unfair to me.white people can't say the n word or talk about blacks, but every black comedian sets up their whole show about white people and believ me i dont see chris tucker or any other apologizing.i was talking about this in my history class today.it's unfair how their is a double standard for black people.every black person can go and talk about how white people have mistreated them, but if i were to make a film about my parents(hispanics) growing up in gary indiana in the 70's(a very rough prodom. black city at the time with an influx of puerto ricans and mexicans at the time also) and how they were treated by black people, heck everyone would go crazy and say i'm racist.no idk i dont like mayor anyways.never wowed me.

I'm not a fan of John Mayer. One or two of his songs were nice enough.

I really think his Playboy interview was that of complete coverup. He went way overboard talking about women and black people in such a derogatory manner.... It makes me believe that he likes neither. What's the old saying "I think thou dost protest too much".

He seems completely narcistic, so I'd venture to guess that he was just covering up for being into men who look like himself. And that wouldn't be a good interview for a magazine like Playboy.
