10th Avenue is somewhat less desirable as you head east crossing over Grissom. The police station is on 10th and Oak Street. Between the station and that complex in Section 8 housing, The Soup kitchen, Helping Hands, a huge Strip club, etc.

I wouldn't live over there. I would recommend if you're living in the Broadway at the Beach area to see if you can rent from a company or individual in the Magnolia apartments. For example, many individuals rent their apartments out at Magnolia North
