Yeah, we are considering Conway. I have seen decent homes in and around Myrtle that fir my description, but not so sure about quality. I have heard good things about Conway though. Kind of country, but not too much, and still convenient to fun things.

Conway is NOT MB. It is a small SC town, not a resort or ocean front, that happens to be on the way to MB.
Now, I own a smaller older home across Hwy 17 at 45th N in a vast neighborhood of similar aged and sized homes, 40 or 50 years old. Very flippable, remodel on these is far better than the newer developments and homeowner assns, with a pretty nice sized yard. Also, two blocks from the beach, an accessible (with parking) almost isolated (for this place) stretch of private beachfront homes, which means less crowds, less hotels. Great walking on beautiful wide clean beaches

I know Conway isn't MB, but I am taking into account affordability as well as traffic, etc. I don't mind a smaller town as long as it is not primitive. Where is the home that you speak of that you own?
