We are a "young" 70 & 75 year old couple that loves CO, but on fixed incomes, its difficult to afford going out or taking short vacations, etc. CO is a beautiful state & where we live there really isn't any bad weather & you can usually just sweep the snow away! I lived in FL for 20 years, then NJ for 20 years, then PA for 2 years & back to FL for about another 20 years.... then moved to CO a few years ago. There were always "reasons" for the moves & I really love all the activities our here & NO HUMIDITY to speak of!!! :-)
Anyway, we are going to be in Conway soon to check our some of the homes we've seen online & have a realtor as well... we are also looking into the new home builder's: Beverly Homes. Selling a house in CO can take 24 hrs. to a week on average, they sell fast!!!! So if we like SC we will need to find a home on this trip! Has anyone dealt with Beverly Homes & if so, what was the experience like?
Beverly Homes is a quality builder and have shown some of their properties to clients of mine. Go to their website and view where they are building, then tour some of their homes.
Beverly may be new. I've not heard of it. There is another 5 star home builder also starting with a "B" , based in Little River, I think. If you search on google it should come up. That's how I found out about the different home builders in SC. Sounds exciting! Good luck!
I know they built one or two homes in our neighborhood. I haven’t heard any complaints, but our houses are fairly new.
