I know there are a lot of factors to consider but let's say a 20ft pontoon with a 90hp motor at full throttle when permissible. Generally how many hours are we talking?

Two hours probably minimum.

You can't open up your throttle in the ditch because of no wake zones, the narrowness of the channel, and other boat traffic.

It's probably 25-30 miles and you are only going to be able to travel seven knots or so against a six knot current.

You can make the trip faster outside if the ocean is flat or little chop but you are at the mercy of fast moving storms and no way would I make that run in a pontoon. A twenty five foot center console at the very minimum.

Adding to no breeze in the ditch in August that could make for a miserable trip.
