Does anybody have any info on this area. Looks very nice, just wondering if it is a busy place. Is it too far from 5th ave? Do the restaurants get busy? Is it a place where locals go off season?

Thank you in advance for any information.

Have only been 'in season'...OK to nice looking complex, couple of pricey but decent restaurants: Stoney's Steaks & Roys.
Couple other joints, a workout place, couple of shops, a pricey 'art gallery', and some empty commerical store fronts.

We did walk from '5th Ave': about a 10 min stroll. The complex is sort of tucked on NE corner and not readily apparent as to what 'it is', as one drives north on Goodlette-Frank. I wouldn't call it 'busy', even when we were last there in March? ...

Maybe it will get it's shops filled, maybe it will be busier, may be not.

Not very busy at all off-season... I just had my hair done there at RoP 4-6 and there was hardly anyone there. Parking was completely wide open along the storefronts. Fair to say locals go there not to hang out and walk around, but to go to a specific place to eat dinner or visit the salon. I always notice a fair number of people at the tiki bar there on the water when I drive past, but I don't know if those are locals or people who've walked there from the hotel.
