Hi all! I'm sure that you get a ton of requests like this, so I apologize in advance, but I could really use your recommendations. My wife is traveling to Nashville for work in mid-June for one week, thankfully after CMA Fest. She loves country music and has always wanted to visit Nashville. She already has plans to go to the Listening Room and a night consisting of a pre-concert event, concert, and post-concert tour at the Opry booked. She is looking for recommendations on places with a combination of good to great food, atmosphere, and live music. I'm sure there are tons of those in Nashville, but I'd appreciate your thoughts and recommendations.

Also, she will likely be travelling with a small work group, but it's possible that she may be on her own some of those nights, so I'd appreciate any suggestions on areas to go to and/or avoid if she's by herself.

Thank you so much in advance for your help!

Guessing she may be staying at Gaylord Opryland Hotel, next to Grand Ole Opry house. Plenty of shopping/dining at Opry Mills. With a group try Paula Dean's. At Grand Ole Opry they have show Tuesday, Friday, Saturday eve. You can visit wsmonline.com for more info. Listen to the station where you are! (650AM WSM)

As a fan of country music visit Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, Johnny Cash/Patsy Cline museum, and GooGoo shop. While downtown check out the Ryman. For music see who may be playing at the Ryman.

By herself maybe do a Grey Line tour. Let someone else do the driving.

Nothing to avoid but may be best to stay with a group for getting around town. Won't be time to get a car. By staying at Opryland they may have bus to downtown attractions.

If she has full day do one of the trolley tours. Takes you downtown & around to most popular attractions. Get on & get off if something appeals. Top spot is Centennial Park & the Parthenon.

1 - Country Hall of Fame Museum
2 - Ryman Theater tour
3 - Replica of the Parthenon
4 - Roof top bars for drinks
5 - Johnny Cash museum

City Winery for food + music.

We have a plethora of really good restaurants. Personally, my favorite restaurant in the entire city is City House. My other faves are Tailor Nashville and Xiao Bao.

Other restaurant options include: Lou, Lyra, Lockland Table, Butcher and Bee, Fifth & Taylor, Rolf and Daughters, Henrietta Red, Radish Kitchen, Smiling Elephant (Thai).

For barbecue (in order of my favorites):
Shotgun willies, but it’s only open for lunch Wed-Sun, and sells out pretty much daily (brisket)
Edley’s - multiple locations
Martin’s barbecue - multiple locations
Peg leg porker (dry rub ribs)
Bringles smoking oasis
Central BBQ
Jack’s BBQ
Puckett’s

Assembly Food Hall is definitely worth checking out. Lots of great local food options, lively atmosphere, and plenty of live music both onsite and nearby.

I second the Lockeland Table suggestion as well, even if it's just for dessert.
