Does anyone know of a reliable, cheap tree cutter, or any tips on finding one?

Also need a tree trimmer, if it's a different person/company.

I use Full Circle. They removed a tree, planted a new one, and I have them back every other year to prune my very tall Crepe Myrtles. I don't know if they are cheap, but they do an excellent job.
