Hi Folks! Just bought a house on Bern Drive in Spring Hill. What internet service provider do you recommend? I did a little research, but I feel it’s best to ask opinions of people who actually use the service. Also, is the only gas/electric option Middle Tennessee Electric? Any other details about the area that you’re willing to share is much appreciated!!! Homeowners insurance shows it as a flood zone. However, I read that there has never been flooding in that area. Makes me a tad nervous. Kids will be attending Allendale Elementary and Summit High; any info about those schools? I’ve read the school’s website, but I would love to know more. Looking for any and all info about the area. Thank you for your time!
