Post Planning a move...

Hi, I am a young professioanl as well as a student. A few friends of mine and I decided to take a plung and make a move out to Nashville, TN. In the summer July or August. Except, not soo sure anyone did any research. So here I am looking to find out a few things. Where are the safest areas, especially for a young professional as myself to reside in? Are their any recommendations on job searching for the area. I have excellent references and experiences but would like to get advice on job searching in the area. I appreciate anything anyone has to say. Thank you so much.
