We are planning a move to the Nashua, NH area. I am looking for a newer style apartment. Most I'm seeing are quite dated. The Apartments of Cotton Mill look nice. Does anyone have experience with these? Is this a safe area? Thanks so much in advance!

I think the Cotton Mill apts opened only last week or so. There was something in the Telegraph about it and it's having three tiers of affordability.
I believe the building is right on the mighty Nashua river.
If your going to check out the area, this weekend there will be a parade in Nashua, concert and fireworks in Historic Holman Stadium. Nearby towns are having parades too. The Gov. will be in the Amherst parade as will several politicians hoping to win elections this Nov.

Sorry to revive such an old thread, but Jb76, did you ever end up moving to the Apartments at Cotton Mill? The wife and I are considering it and wanted a first hand opinion of the place.

cheers,
~d

On Monday I found out that a family I know moved to the Cotton Mill apts.
He and his wife are elderly but politically active. He very much likes the place. I didn't get to have a discussion at the time though.
There is a nice footbridge over the river connecting the building with the other side which has the huge ClockTower Apartments.
The under-construction Broad Street Parkway project will increase the desirability of the location too.
