Wentworth Greenhouses in Rollinsford, just over the border from Dover is the best place I know of. They have a huge selection of all kinds of plants for indoor and outdoor planting, water garden plants, herbs and indoor plants. They consist of several greenhouse and also hold the winter farmer's market there.
Go up the Spaulding Turnpike (Rt 16) to the Dover Point Rd exit and follow that into downtown. As it becomes one way, go around the sharp corner and turn at the (I believe) 2nd light. Should be right after the hotel in town. Stay on that road past Red's Shoe Barn and after you go through the light after Reds, Wentworth will be on the right less than a mile up.
