At least it was a bi-partisan effort, mostly. One of the involved was a Democrat.

party affiliation aside, they all stink. Hey buy it, smoke it but give the general public the same courtesy. Oh wait you want us drunk, not stoned, better profit margin through the back door industries

We should sell the stuff in the State Liquor Stores and use the profits to support the anti-addiction programs. Hell, we should sell the opioids as well and put the street dealers out of business. At least these drugs would be quality controlled.

Agreed.....we have thrown enough tax dollars at trying to stop it.....try something else. Tax it and use the funds that will be raised, but good luck. I say the same with gambling and other social ills, but the NIMBY's always seem to stop these sort of ideas.
