Hi. I recently received my coupon for the DTV converter box program, and am going to get one this week. Not being into television hardly at all, I have not had cable tv for nearly 10 years now, nor do I care to get it, simply because I hardly ever watch television.
So anyway, I'm just curious about what to expect for reception in my area, Wilton/Milford/Amherst area, when using one of these converter boxes. I live in a 3rd floor apartment in Wilton, and using a fairly nice electric powered set of rabbit ears, can get Fox25 really good, 11,21,38,50 and 56 good enough, so even if I were to only get better reception on those channels I'd be happy.
So I was just wondering if anyone from my area has done this already, and could respond with their results. And if it matters, I plan to get the Zenith DTT900 converter box.
Thanks in advance.

google tvfool or tvfools (i can't remember which) --- you type in your address and it will tell you which DTV channels you should get.
I just got mine recently and it works great. I got the Zenith from BB and it was easy to set up.
good luck.
