We own a home in Northwood and in Nottingham. I love both towns. They are country but close enough to everything. We are near the seacoast and close to ski country. Housing is great right now due to the buyers market. I am a real estate agent, that is how I know that. You can find a beauty for under 230K. Schools are good here too! Concord is close so you can do all kinds of shopping there.
2yrs away and looking to find a great town in NH..........need to have schools accessable (kids in private schools would be ok) middle school and high schools will be looked at......would love to have one of those old "rail to trail" type areas close by along with other kids activities......any suggestions?
