Hi notdancingqueen! Well I hope it is nothing serious. As for a Neurologist in Hanover, well I personally do not know of any but I do know within neurology there are usually 2 specialties, For the Brain (Stroke Victims and Neuromuscular Problems) and then Spinal & Back Pathologies!

My experience with the profession as a whole is the Neurological Surgeons have a much better bedside manner than neurologists in general. I do not know why but most every neurologist I know or knew even when I was in Graduate School, (I am not a Doctor), was always sad and miserable where the ones studying to be a surgeon were more fun to be around and light hearted. Even my best buddy who is a Gastro Guy feels the same way!

But I think you will just have to get a good referal from the medical school in Hanover and hope for the best!

My son went to Dr. Parker Towle out of Littleton. He was really good and we were very happy with him.

That is great! I am happy Dr Parker Towle was able to help you!!!

Yes, I forgot but Littleton, for such an out of the way Small Town, does have very state of the art medical care. I was impressed how this community maintains a low profile but at the same time has very good specialists!

Actually, Dr. Towle came down to Plymouth to see our son at Dr. Vincent Gennaro's office, and the radiology tests were done at Speare Memorial in Plymouth. He ended up having his surgery at Concord Orthopedics (and we were VERY happy there). So impressed, in fact, that our son is now studying neuroscience at college!

Thanks! NH Girl, I am glad your son is happy and well, and studying something he enjoys!

CV, nothing too "serious" per se, thanks for the concern!

J.
