08088 is not Trenton. It's Vincentown.

I think from Vincetown that you'd have to get to the light rail & head towards Trenton.

From Trenton you can take the NorthEast Corridor line to NY Penn.

New Jersey Transit - Home for light rail & train schedules.

You can check Coach USA to see if they have any buses from that area into Port Authority.

I'd go to the Hamilton Station on the NE Corridor line. There's great parking and it's right off of I-295. You can also catch an express from there that can have you in Penn Station in like 70 minutes.

New Jersey Transit

Agreed, if you can drive, shoot up 295 to Hamilton, park in the deck, and then get on the NY Penn line (well, that's the only one).

The light rail into Trenton, and then switching lines to NJ Transit will take 2x as long as the drive up for that leg.

This assumes you intend to return within a day, else the parking fees will build up.
