Just flipping through here and thought I'd add a few thoughts as a college student dorming in Newark.

Newark is making an improvement and is MUCH better than what I thought I'd see. It's also where all the best efforts are being made. There's some fascinating projects that people had planned for Newark. There is soooo much potential for Newark it isn't even funny. I've seen the plans, I've come up with my own ideas, and discussed them with many of my fellow Architecture students. We all see what could be, but are sad we wont, because people don't believe that Newark can change and don't want to put the effort in.

Newark is a bigger target than NYC and the number one target. Everything is centered, controlled, and headquartered here. People need to really start caring about Newark, because if Newark gets hit hard, it could f$%* up the entire East Coast.

This is bad.

Booker is wanting to save up enough money for future projects (whatever they may be). He's focusing on the Easterm Ward of the city and leaving the western ward to suffer.

So ic aswell , he should pump more into the south ward , and West wards. North , Central and East don't need him there fine on there own.

Tell you one thing, developments in the East/Central wards would probably command more stability than anything in the West/South
