Can't help you there but if your bankruptcy isn't complicated...no houses, property etc you can do it yourself. Can download the forms on line and then you only have to pay the filing fees.

Even if it's simple, it is not a good idea to be a do it yourself'er in an area such as this. There are laws, exemptions, elections, and other aspects that you should be advised on and aware of. It is not the job of a bankruptcy trustee and/or a judge to help you or advise you as to what you are entitled to. Without question, you will be better off having an advocate and being advised by a qualified professional -- somone who has the job to protect you. A quality, qualified professional will be worth every single penny you pay him/her.
