I see around Tennyson Avenue they have these small, what I call, doll houses. It would be perfect for us. There are sirens going on in my head though. The average prices are from 115K to about 200K. You would think people would jump on the opportunity to buy them but to no avail. Is there something about that section of the neighborhood I should know about. I think they would be ideal for extensions on the property. I just can't understand why no one is buying them. Any information on the neighborhood would be greatly appreciated. It is right off of Whitier Avenue.
