It will house the largest ferris wheel in the country, an aquarium, a theme park complete with three roller coasters, an indoor water park with a beach and North America's first indoor ski slope that will be open year round.
The $3.7 billion project is expected to generate 9,000 construction jobs and is being subsidized with $200 million in sales tax grants from the state.
