We have to clean our gutters, and were going to go the Ned Stevens route. As I was about to dial their number, I stopped to Google them to see whether they tend to have happy or dissatisfied customers, and was shocked to see how many customers have been disappointed with their service. Instead, can anyone recommend an alternative to Ned Stevens?

For those who might suggest DIY, let me just say that the house is on a hill and is 2 stories tall in the front, and 3 stories off the ground in the rear, and I'm clumsy.

I used Ned Stevens last year, and it appears that they did a decent job.
