I am looking for townhome/condo in or around lyndhurst (I work there). My budget is 350000. So far I looked
1. Cambridge Heights - Clifton --- Good
2. Cambridge Heights - Nutley --- Good (high taxes)
3. Cambridge Crossings - Clifton --- Good (Some issues with building quality)
4. Riverwalk - Clifton - Good
5. Triumph - East Rutherford - meh
6. One Orient way - Rutherford - Too expensive (450 monthly maintenance!)

We sort of like some features in each but not excited about any of these. I was wondering if there are any other good places I missed. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Nope..but there is a recently built condo development in East Rutherford on Hackensack Street across from the HS field. Amenities include pool, garage, ss appliances, etc looks pretty nice, I forget the name though.
