nj unemployment (how much, headhunters, school)

I was 'discharged' from my job on september 13th. I filed unemployment the next day and therefore recieved a letter stating how much I would be getting and when to claim it. The next day however I recieved a letter stating I must be available for a phone interview on Oct. 3rd, with a reason being :misconduct and/or attending school. I was hired knowing that I was a full-time student, ( have been a full-time student for three years) I asked specifically If my hours would be flexable, with the answer being 'absoutly' For the nine months I was employed there full-time my schedule has continue to changed, sometimes I would work late, early on the weekends depending on my school, my schedule was never the same. My direct supervisior continuiously told me she didn't care what hours I worked,( whether it be full-time or part-time) as long as I did my job. And so I did, I was late a bunch of times but each time I told my supervisior and her responds was always like, 'whatever' 'I don't care' or 'okay' I was never spoken to about it or written up. On september 13th I was called in to the administators office and told that my schedule no longer mets the facilities needs. It was a very nice convo, he said how much he likes me and how good of an employee I was and I can always go back when I graduate, he continued to say that he would write me any reference letter I needed. My supervisior text me the same thing after I left.

So really my question is can I be denied unemployment for misconduct that was never brought to my attention? and Will it also be denied bc I am full time student-even though I was hired as one and have been one for the last three years?

Yes you can get it, but only if your schedule is night school. Better change it quick or they'll deny it.

I have been unemployed now for a year. I'm currently living in the DMV area. Can anyone suggest really good relocation headhunters. This economy is so messed up right now, i'm so open to relocation to the PA, NJ and NY area and would like to get started right away.
