It depends what you are looking for when you say "car service." You can use a taxi from several companies in the area. You can go with any number of executive car services. I've had good experiences with King Limo out of Princeton, NJ, and Gem from Fords.
One other option, depending on where you are in Edison, how many people are going with you and how much luggage you have, might be to get a train at the Edison train Station to the Newark Airport station. Cost per person is only $13.75 and beats the average price of a car which is about $75 to $120.
