First off I have no idea where you live so I cant really answer that. Second is ,yes sometimes the suburbs have a few thugs but they are not in number like saaaay Newark. Basically what they are probably small time thugs, I doubt your gonna hear off 3 murders a night in the town you live in , unless of course you live in Newark or something.

No , but the suburban thugs are connected to Urban thugs...they tend to stay under the radar here. But if the police would do something about the suburban gangs , I can guarantee your Urban gangs would be weaken. The crimes up here are small and linked to drugs....
