hI aLL:

I am looking for some feedback related to the woodland lake development in Mendham, NJ. Would you consider a good investment to buy a house there? Any idea how is to live there? Is it a desirable area? Is it too woody and too far? I have seen some house for sale there however it seems that owner have so difficulty selling them. Any idea why? I really like Mendham because of the great school system. According to my budget the only option that I have is at the woodland lake develop. I do not have any experience living in a community like this one. My main concern is that those houses have been in the market and eventhough that are located in a great town; sellers can not sell them.

Thank you for your information and have a nice day..
