Believe so...I'm buying a house in Old Bridge and he is fine working with thAt area...

You can use a lawyer from anywhere in nj. He doesnt have to be "from" that area.

Many years ago we used Gerald Gordon. His office is in New Brunswick but he does all of Middlesex County.

I know, but for convenience sake, a local lawyer is good. He/she won't have to go out of their way.

doesnt matter either, chances are seller will sign their closing docs on a day prior to closing anyway and wont be there on your actual clsoing day in your lawyers office.
