Depending on how many bedrooms you need, Manalaoan NJ has some beautiful new townhomes off rte 33- I can't recall the name of the development, but Hovnanian is the builder, I think. I know they started in the mid 300s for a 2 bedroom with a garage-
...The market is slow so maybe there is room to negotiate?

silly,

You might want to narrow that search a bit. In the three counties of Somerset, Morris & Hunterdon (which are all among the wealthiest counties in the US) there are currently about 45 townhomes available for sale in the $325k -$375k price range, all of them built in or after the year 2000.

You can choose a lot of areas for that price range on a townhome but choosing how many bedrooms and bathrooms as well as where you would like to be would help narrow down the search.
