I can't give you specific names or speak to the rental costs, but there are several buildings right in that area -- the block east of Park, west of Park, and I think there's a few right in/off that square, just past Park Avenue.
There are also a few garden apartment complexes, but they are further away from the train station. There are also many 2-family's there as well. Good luck.
