Most of White Meadow Lake does not flood that much if at all since it is hilly country. I would suggest walking or driving over to the local WML firehouse some evening and asking some of the locals if they ever had to do any pumpouts on your street. Sometimes you get wet basements when you have water runoff in some situations.

I grew up in white meadow lake, my parents still live there. For the most part, it is a flood free area, even the lakefront houses. In all the years I was there (20+ years), I can't remember any of my friends having sump pumps or any water in their basement. It is a very hilly community and the sewer and drainage system work well. That being said, some of the houses that are located at the bottom of some of the steeper hills, with driveways facing downhill into the house, and clogged drains, poorly pitched driveways may see some water seepage in the basement. But that is really far and few in between.

William Street is closer to the exit/entrance to the community, no where near the water. You shouldn't have any problems at all there.
