You can thank the awesome Justice system in place along with the liberal democrats.
Really? The justice system kept him in prison for 15 years. Should it have been longer, at >$40,000 per year?
Also, what did liberals or democrats have to do with this?

I was thinking the same thing. 15 years for simple, non-armed robbery is not exactly lenient. He went in at 25, came out at 40
What I'd like to know is what type of psychological evaluation was done before the prisoner was released....and how extensive was it?
Could something have revealed that he might commit the same crime again?
A lie detector test with a question like this maybe: "If you are released, would you ever go to (or near) the Stride Rite in Toms River again?" The little graph indicator would have gone off the charts on this one!! Then...throw him back in his cell after he fails the test!
Still, $40k per inmate each year is too much to spend (Is that really what it costs the State and ultimately the taxpayer?...Good Lord!)
Well nobody needs to give them all the luxuries they have in jail so dont complain to me about the price. No wonder why they keep going back in , i mean its supposed to be a place you DONT want to go back to. Some people also get used to that life in jail since thats all they know and like it inside.
Think about it? Dont have to worry about anything in there but out in the real world come responsibilities.

Hannity mouth-breathers like AEdubiesmoker are pro-incarceration because it's good for the prison industrial complex. A job creator in upstate NY & Western PA. One of the industries we lead the world in.
Didnt Willie Sutton say he robbed banks because "that's where the money is" Maybe this genius has a thing for shoes.
Actually if you read the media coverage the guy stashed stolen funds in one location and the cell phones (taken from workers) in an other, no shoes involved.
The closer you look at it there are really only two conclusions, the guy had a "thing" about that particular Stride Rite location and or his picnic basket is one sandwich short.

A lot of people think lie detectors work like that.
The whole lie detector fable is a scam. There is no such thing. They are tools used to incriminate people otherwise useless to prove anything. It's not like a pinball machine or video game, no yes/no red/green lights. That's one reason they don't admit them as evidence but they do allow reports to be mentioned in indictments if they are out to screw somebody, usually an innocent victim, over.
