Walnut Street Train Station (Montclair) Parking Question (purchase, transit)

Does anyone know what time the parking lots at the Walnut Street Station fill up in Montclair on a weekday?

I see that it is $360 to purchase a pass for 6 months. I'm assuming it's first come first served so if it's full wen you get there tough luck so you need to get there early enough.

Does anyone park here or use this lot and has any info?

interested in the responses as well. I heard Bay St is more ideal when it comes to spaces; plus the train schedule is better.
