Generally the Parkway is cheaper, which makes sense given their locations and the points they connect. However, there are some routes using the Turnpike that are cheaper than their alternatives using the Parkway.

Turnpike is significantly more expensive to go from I-80 to the GSP/Turnpike interchange in Woodbridge. $1.50SB/$3.00NB for the GSP vs $6.65 Cash/Peak and $4.90 off-peak EZ-Pass on the Turnpike.

And at most, if not all of the intermediate points, the GSP would still be cheaper to some degree.

Below Woodbridge, any comparison is rather pointless, they're going completely different directions.

Either way though, I doubt the difference in tolls makes up for the wasted gas by taking one vs the other.
