I'm looking for more reviews on a couple of apartment complexes in Lyndhurst - Vermella and Heritage. The usual apartment rating websites don't seem to have reviews on these apartments. Any impressions from forum readers - maintenance / transport / construction quality / flooding danger etc.?

Also, any recent opinions on Xchange @ Secaucus? The location seems pretty isolated but the rent seems reasonable for a 1BR.

Here is the link to a recent thread about the Xchange in Secaucus:

I used to live in Lyndhurst and the Heritage is on the site of the old Foodtown store; there used to be flooding there after heavy rains.

Thanks, Son et lumiere. Even Xchange seems to have had some flooding issues.

Default Any updates on The Heritage flooding issues?

I'm thinking of signing a lease there in the next couple of days, but would like to know if my car is in danger of being flooded out. Thanks!
