Something is finally going into the spot that formerly housed the Pathmark on Rte. 1 in Morth Brunswick. There aren't any signs up, but it sort of looks like a department store. Any ideas?

Every time that I drive past that site, I have the same thoughts that you do.
I am hoping that it will be a Fairway Market https://www.fairwaymarket.com/, but--more than likely--it will just be another...Bed Bath or Home Depot or Lowe's or something else that already exists in huge numbers along the highway.

Raymour Flanigan bought the WHOLE plaza. They are going to be the anchor tenant. And will eventually rehab the rest of the plaza and probably price out everyone except maybe the dunkin donuts. Although I would have liked to see something than another furniture store, at least its a high end store. North Brunswick is continuing on the up and up.

Interesting! I just drove past that place yesterday and the new entrance was up, without the name of course, and just looking at the shape the first name that came to mind was Raymour & Flanigan. Not a big fan of their furniture but love their service and extended warranty.
