So I was up extra early this morning because my 4 year old woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep. At 3:41 my house began to shake for around what seemed like 5 seconds. My wife was woken up and she thought it was thunder. I told her I thought it was an earthquake, but I really wasn't sure. There was no outside noise. Anyway it was an earthquake.

2.5 magnitude earthquake

August 14, 2015 UTC
Location:
Epicenter at 40.747, -74.574
9.2 km from Morristown (5.2 miles)
Depth: 5 km

Anyone else feel it?

No, I didn't feel it, even though I am in Somerset County, and it was centered in that county.
