That's so awful. I was wondering what had happened, we were driving home around 6pm and Godwin Ave was closed for a couple of blocks nearish the Wyckoff border, with tons of police and EMS there. They were clearly trying very hard not to let anyone see anything, but it did not look like a car accident.
MQ: Not sure if you caught this from few weeks ago but there was a manhunt for this guy in MP along the rail road tracks. I'm sure they went easy on him considering he was an ex-cop but wished they had done more when he turned himself in.....

And get this. I am staying in MP because my mother had open heart surgery and came home. I got a call back from a medical provider tonight while driving and pulled over on Hurley Ave in Wyckoff to take the call.
Some guy came out of his house and walked up to my car to ask me if I was part of the neighborhood and what I was doing on his street. I explained about the call and he was satisfied. People got nervous over this happening in such a quiet area!
Suspect's feet have been amputated. Won't be running away anymore.
